HarakahDaily today reported that more than 13,000 bank employees had gathered and held a mass picket (MalaysiaKini did mentioned this yesterday) in front of the Maybank Tower ever since this morning. It was reported that the picketers came from all around the country!
That was a mighty big crowd, folks!
Malaysians should do this sort of thing more often. Our filthy rich and extremely greedy business community is probably deaf, that could explain why they could not hear our poor Malaysians’ cry for consideration. Pickets and mass rallies should do the trick sooner or later.
Today’s big crowd is a good warm-up exercise for poor Malaysians. It would give poor Malaysians the much needed belief that they can bring changes to this country. Malaysians have to stop thinking that they are weak and helpless to help their own selves. On the contrary, they are more than capable of doing that.
Stand up and be heard, Malaysians!
Based from today’s reported big crowd over at the Maybank Tower, I have confidence that BERSIH’ mass rally can indeed achieve the target of assembling 100,000 Malaysians at the Merdeka Square on next coming Saturday. InsyAllah!
Come on folks! Let’s do this together, all of us for the sake of the nation!
The good old days of REFORMASI! :-) |

Hi Saidul,
I have an announcement of the Nov 10 event at
Rally for a clean election: Dataran Merdeka, Saturday 10 Nov 2007 3pm
got a yellow T-shirt ready plus intend to bring my March for Justice cap along, but with the police warning that anyone found within that vacinity on that day will be arrested, what do you think. Unless there is a sudden and simultaneous assemble of a huge crowd where I can lose myself, I need to be careful as that is what I promised my family. Call me a chicken if you want. You have been calling quite a number of people chicken and since my last comment on chicken, I think I read another reference to chicken not too long ago.
