DAP Perak in deep sh*t!

Yes, DAP Perak is in deep trouble alright and so is their arrogant leader, Mr. Lim Kit Siang. Serves them right!

More than 20 Perak Malay NGO groups had expressed their dissatisfaction with the awesome number of Chinamen in Perak’s new Exco lineup. A memorandum will be submitted to the attention of the Sultan of Perak some time soon.Yes, the Malays are not happy with DAP. Rumors have it that more and more Perak Malay NGO groups will get together and rally behind the first 20 Malay Perak NGO groups that had initiated the move.

I’m a Perakian and a very strong supporter of PAS but I certainly could not stomach DAP Perak and their arrogance. Who cares about the number of seats that DAP has won in Perak. Take a look around and see how many Muslims and Malays we have in Perak. Perak is not like Penang that has become more like a Chinamen state. In a sense, I can understand why the Malays are not happy with DAP Perak.

This new development is going to shake Perak from top to bottom in the near future. It will be interesting to see how DAP Perak very well known for their arrogance will tackle this little problem. One wrong move and DAP Perak can kiss their sorry a$$ goodbye in the next general election. Perak Muslims and Malays will never again vote for DAP and that includes me who regretted it even now.

Hi Saidul,

Tell me the sins of DAP Perak. What exactly did they do to get you all riled up? That they conceded to accepting a PAS MB despite having more seats in the state exco?

Common Saidul, if you don't respond to the others, at least respond to this one. Looks like you are very free with accusations, but remember accusations should always be backed up with facts.

Hi Saidul,

Thanks for approving the above comment. While awaiting a response from you, have my say and ask a few questions:

1. So far you had been very free with accusation against DAP. Just like you to know I was reported in the EDGE as commenting I was very surprised when a Malay (presumably a Muslim) asked for a DAP badge on my BERSIH T-shirt which I wear every day, not just Saturday.

2. Have I missed anything good about DAP that you have written in your blog?

3. Did not the fact that Lim Guan Eng chose to stay in his father's house rather than in the official residence because he did not want the state government spend lots of money to make it liveable for him, have any impression on you that all?

4. Did the fact that Lim Guan Eng marched with other Muslims in the recent Muslim celebration also escaped your consciousness?

5. Have the fact that the DAP ruled state government that no DAP assemblymen be allowed to apply for state land also escaped your notice.

Not a single good word for DAP from you but plenty for PAS? Why?

So,are you suggesting that we all go back to race based & religious based politic?

Malay Women in Malaysia, grow up! And stop being so racist. For the country to progress, we need the best men or women for the job. So what if these best people are all Malays, or Chinese, or Indians? Are you saying that only Malays can represent Malay interests? And Chinese can only represent Chinese interests, etc? This type of thinking is so medieval.

I have intention to publish a follow up post to Did I help to set up an Islamic state? which was in reaction to Saidu's 2008 Malaysia Election: What have we done?. Regarding my own post, Did I help to set up an Islamic state?, I have sort of anticipated the kind of responses like the one above, so I deliberately added right at the top
====================
Note: What I consider the most important part of this post is at the bottom of the post.

but it looks like that didn't help.

In Saidul's 2008 Malaysia Election: What have we done?, various accusations were hurled at DAP. which I felt was unjustified and not backed up with evidence/proof/substance/whatever. I typed a long comment which was not approved. However, I think Saidul deleted those accusations. I just checked that post, and at the bottom I saw:

Edited on March 15th 2008:
I have to edit and change some parts of this post to make it sound more appropriate and acceptable to certain quarters. I have to admit that this post was originally done on-the-fly driven with emotions. That is dangerous and as the blogger behind this blog, I'm guilty of carelessness.

Please accept my apology if the original post had offended you in any way.

At least I can find a Muslim who is prepared to accept that one can make a mistake and willing to correct it according (please don't take it as me saying Muslims don't admit mistakes as we are mere mortal, not God), so I probably don't need to do a follow up post. Perhaps Saidul has a couple of things to teach the arrogant BN, especially that MB who raved at the PPP? (I think) meeting that UMNO do not need PPP, other non-UMNO coalition partners, nor do they need Chinese and Indians. This is from memory and also from Raja Petra's (Malaysia Today) blog (again from memory which can be wrong)

Perhaps I just need to refer readers of this post/blog my own post OKT or OK Ting just cannot get the message!!!! which was reposted at Yahoo Beritamalaysia group.

Let us see if both of us will let matters rest here.

BTW, it is not a question of whether it is acceptable or not, but a question of right and wrong.

Malay women in Malaysia, you are racist la. Why do you think DAP cannot represent/defend us Malaysians? Is it because you will only defend the Malays so you think other people like you la defend ikut race. Mane boleh macam tu. Tuhan pon tak pilih bulu tau.

Hi me.

You almost got me confused and highly worried, how did me (I like in me. note extra period behind me) was me making a comment like above?

And also confused too because when I surfed over to me. site, I saw the first post (fair use, not copyright infringement. If you think it is copyright infringement, just ask Saidul to delete it if this ever get pass his moderation.)

People blog from their heart right? But what if I don't agree with their opinion (and vice versa)? Do I let them know that they're being a prick or do I let them know that I disagree? There are issues that I don't agree on and there are things that we have to look/search beyond the blogsphere because there are 3 sides to a story. Mine, Yours and the Truth. To me la kan, cakap je lik kalau you don't agree.

When the opposition won numerous seats in the past election, I have read/heard comments like habisla nanti mesti Bangsa Lain conquer tempat/negeri tu. These comments are utterly nuts if you ask me and borders on racism. We should (tak wajib pon) all loose our faith in our leader when it is clear that he/she is corrupted, incapable to lead, a puppet to some evil master trying to take over the world and bukan sebab his/her skin colour, the religion or his/her Bangsa is lain.

I am Malaysian, so therefore can speak, read and write standard Bahasa. But with the sprinkling of non-standard BM plus the blog title "angin sempoi sempoi bahasa" I just wonder whether me. is Malay, Chinese, Indian, Mamak, or all 4 campur together to get rojak, or perhaps a linguist expert.

Wonder if me. is willing to expose himself/herself (meaning race, not undressing)?????
