Sick of China-made products!

The decision made by the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs to ban toys containing lead and harmful to not only children but also adults is very much applauded by my Muslim NGO group.

It is about time! Such banning should have been done long time ago!

One thing though, why didn’t you folks just made it clear to all Malaysians that toys made in China are the main suspect?

For crying out loud! Just be honest and let everyone know! The whole world is very concerned and totally disgusted with China-made products and you folks are still playing down the global issue! Unbelievable!


Alhamdulillah! MalaysiaKini did not have such nonsense. They went straight to the point, clearly indicating to their readers that China-made toys may have hazardous properties.

It would be great if the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs can conduct product-testing on those suspected China-made toys but please do not waste too much time on it. It would be best if the Ministry launch a nationwide campaign to urge toy dealers and shop owners to temporarily stop distributing and selling China-made toys. If they failed to do that, the Ministry should penalize them by confiscating their China-made toy products.

No more mercy!
