I’m sure Karpal Singh would be relieved to hear that his sudden adversary Dato’ Badruddin Amiruddin had apologized for his what I personally view as a personal attack made against the former recently.
Some of you folks out there however totally blew it out of proportion as if the world is going to end tomorrow. Simply unbelievable!
According to MalaysiaKini, the apology came at the eleventh hour, on the very day where the deadline for Badruddin Amiruddin to tender his apology expires. It doesn’t really matter, he realized that Karpal Singh is not happy about the wheelchair spat incident and he apologizes for it. Badruddin Amiruddin still has a lot of humility in him. Good for you, Badruddin!
You know folks; I really hope that we have heard the last about this wheelchair thing. You folks should acknowledge that it takes a very strong man to apologize for something. An egoistic man might not be so apologetic, you know. An egoistic or an arrogant man might take years to apologize for his insensitive outburst for an example and believe me; we have a lot of such people here in Malaysia. If I’m not mistaken we do have one back in 1990. Luckily, we Malay Muslims are a forgiving lot. Osama Bin Laden on the other hand might have retaliated with a video of some kind to remind that insensitive fellow. :-)
Let’s move on folks!

Hi Saidul,
It take a strong man to apologise. I confess I am not a strong man, but when I make mistake I apologise very easily, when people correct (not that correct correct correct) me and I think it is justified, I thank that person and hope to learn from it. But I am far from a strong man.
But I certainly don't agree with you about this issue being blown out of proportion. I think the MP did a great disservice to the disabled.
Looks like we mostly only see eye to eye with our dissatisfaction with the Barisan

Hi there Peter..
I am glad to hear that you are a forgiving person and I do believe you. I can see that you are a mature person. :-)
Don't get me wrong. What that fellow did was wrong. He should not have said that kind of thing to Karpal Singh. I'm only surprised that many people were so offended by it since it was only a personal attack made against Karpal. Karpal is a well respected lawyer and he is more than able to fend for his own self. We should have let Karpal take the first step to defend himself.
Peter, I surely hope that we can have more understanding between each other. Surely there are other things that we can see eye to eye other than BN. If what you said is true, I would be very sad as a Malaysian.
