Air Ambulance to the rescue?

Well folks… Here in Malaysia, I’m sure that you have heard about mercy flights provided by our Royal Malaysian Air Force to help air-lift critical patients from isolated spots to hospitals or transfer them from one hospital to another. In America, they have something better. They have one well known organization that provides domestic air ambulance service!

Please check out AirAmbulance Dot Net! They actually have a number of dedicated air ambulance units that are on standby 24 hours and 365 days! Their team members are trained in flight physiology and they are also full fledged specialists in medical flight support. Each air ambulance unit would have qualified flight nurses and flight paramedics onboard and they are more than capable of providing attention and support ranging from basic to critical care to their patients.

Believe it or not, they have been providing air ambulance services not only to Americans but also to other people in other parts of the world ever since 1984! They have an enormous list of satisfied clients from social workers, VIPs such as senators and even governors.

If you are wondering about the type of air transport that they are using for their air ambulance services, check this out. They have Lear jets, turbo-props and twin engine airplanes and they are all licensed Mobile Medical Intensive Care Units. Wow!!

This whole thing is cool, really cool! Perhaps some organizations in Malaysia would like to provide the same quality service for Malaysians. :-)
