According to the news report, not a single housing or property developer over in Johore has submitted development applications to the local authorities under the house-buyer friendly Build Then Sell (BTS) concept which was introduced by the Malaysian government in April this year.
Once again, our enigmatic Pharaohs that disguised themselves as filthy rich and extremely greedy Malaysian business community have shown us their true colors. :-)
Why did those Johorean housing and property developers gave cold receptions to the new Build Then Sell concept? Just for the fun of it, let me throw some speculative answers to the question:
- Our filthy rich and extremely greedy housing and property developers actually do not have the money to develop projects on their own. They still require upfront payments from house and property buyers to finance their projects. :-)
- Our filthy rich and extremely greedy housing and property developers have the money in mega millions all right but they do no want to commit their endeavors to be some Build Then Sell development projects because they love their millions dearly and do not wish to part with it. :-)
- Our filthy rich and extremely greedy housing and property developers have the money in mega millions all right but they do no want to commit their endeavors to be some Build Then Sell development projects because they had been taught by Freemasons ages ago to build shoddy houses and buildings using low-quality building materials and lousy workmanships. They are scared that the buyers might terminate their house purchasing contracts after realizing that they had been conned by the great Pharaohs. :-)
