Chastity belts for Malaysian Malay men as protection for our Malaysian Malay women?

Whoa Nellie! Guess what fellow readers. My last posting on chastity belts and the question I posed to Malaysian Malay women (wanita Melayu) then caused commotions among the local women here in Malaysia. Yikes… They are all furious all right and I dare not publish their comments here at all. Some are just too nasty for words!

All right ladies, your voices have been heard. I agree that we should not be one-sided if we really wish to combat the rising cases of sexual crimes such as rape in Malaysia. It would not be fair for women if the tasks of protecting themselves are shouldered by their community alone.

So, the ladies have suggested that Malaysian Malay men should play their part too in ensuring security for our Malaysian Malay women. The ladies have pointed out that sexual crimes can be reduced further if Malaysian Malay men where some they perceived as sick sexual perverts to wear male chastity belts too! Yikes, I hope that this sensitive subject would not create any unnecessary commotions among Malaysian Malay men now. But the Malaysian Malay women do have a point there and we should at least consider it. Oh boy…

So, what do you think guys? If sexual crimes in Malaysia one day reached unprecedented heights and causing panic nationwide, would you be willing to wear chastity belts to help everybody especially our Malaysian Malay women?
