Of course, my long lost friends didn’t simply drop by to say hi. They did bombard me with interesting questions, coaxing me to pose them to my blog readers and of course they also did give me some general suggestions for improvements as well. One of their questions that got me thinking real deep is whether or not Malaysian Malay women are obsessed in looking after their bodily shapes, figures and curvatures.
My friends hypothesize that the Malaysian Malay women have the highest level of obsession in looking after their bodily shapes, figures and curvatures than other ethnic women groups in Malaysia! Well, I don’t know about that but they based their presumptions on the fact that corset are being worn more by Malaysian Malay women than any other ethnic women groups in Malaysia. Is this true?
One thing for sure, I do agree that Malaysian Malay women are very particular about their bodily shapes, figures and curvatures. For examples, Malaysian Malay women who are obese or categorized as those with rectangle or straight body shapes would normally wear big loose clothing to hide their bodily shapes. Malaysian Malay women with hot wasp-like or hourglass figures meanwhile would wear tight body hugging clothing to show of their hot bodily shapes to the whole world!
As a Moslem, I knew that this is all bull shit! Regardless whether you are big, small, sexy, boxy or otherwise; the truth is every one of us is special! It is us humans that do this kind of silly differentiation. Nobody is better than the rest. I have to make this really clear for I do not wish to be labeled as a strayed Moslem in the future.
All right, back to the subject in hand. My friends have spoken and now it is time for the Malaysian Malay ladies to have their say on the matter.
- Do you agree that Malaysian Malay women in general are obsessed in looking after their bodily shapes, figures and curvatures?
- Do you agree that corsets are being worn more by Malaysian Malay women than other ethnic women groups in Malaysia?
- Is it true that we have a growing number of Malaysian Malay women that wore corsets under their baju kurungs or baju kebayas nowadays?
