But getting at culprits who committed crimes while in government office should be part and parcel of good governance.
Even those who are no longer in service but have committed such crimes or had connived at those doing so must be brought to book.
Otherwise, it will be a free for all to do what they like.
Most probably they never dream that they will face their day of reckoning!
