I have personally seen some people got injured during my participation with BERSIH’s mass rally last month. I really don’t know about HINDRAF’s peaceful public assembly since I was not a part of it but MalaysiaKini in a video released yesterday featured a very concerned Malaysian (S. Manikavasagam) that claims someone had been badly injured after being hit with a teargas canister. He got a few photos to back his claim and the injuries do look quite serious.

Perhaps Musa Hassan should look into this as soon as possible.
