'€˜Walk of Justice'€™ march was a big success!

Yes, folks!

Our Malaysian Bar Council’s ‘Walk of Justice’ march conducted earlier today was indeed a great success! I should know because I was there in full support myself. :-)

MalaysiaKini and HarakahDaily have more on this story!

Please do not ask me how many people were exactly involved in the march. I’m not that good in accessing crowd numbers but I can say that there were probably more than two thousand-strong crowd. Bystanders who stood watching the march from the sidelines came in the hundreds too. It was a majestic sight, better than our 50th Merdeka Deka celebration! :-)

The numbers could have been more if the authorities did not close key roads leading to the administrative capital to the Malaysian public. But they just had to do that, didn’t they? Yeah, what can we expect from a bunch of chickens who have no shame in resorting to such cheap tricks to discourage people from doing what is right for them. :-(

Nothing bad or unwanted happened in the march, I think. Some of us were of course instigated by some unruly folks (could be SB) but we do not pay much attention to them. Yeah, we were called ‘bodoh’, ‘bangang’ and ‘barua’ by those foolish and spineless folks. I have to agree with our Madam President of the Malaysian Bar Council that the heavy security precaution under taken by the authorities during the ‘Walk of Justice’ march was an act of intimidation. It only shows that our government is nothing but a big bully and only knows of scaring people out their wits! :-(

By the way, I do notice that the ‘Walk of Justice’ march was covered by foreign journalists and correspondents. Congratulations Barisan Nasional! You folks have indeed become ‘cemerlang’, ‘gemilang’ and ‘terbilang’ today! You folks better pray that those foreign journalists and correspondents would not call you folks ‘jembalang’ too! :-)

Bwah! Ha! Ha!

Before I go, let me congratulate our Malaysian Bar Council for they have done an excellent job today! Well done!
