Nikah Dot Com! A new social networking site for Malaysian Malays?

To most Malaysian Malays (Melayu), major social networking sites such as MySpace, Friendster and Tagged would be their casual friendship and matrimonial hunting grounds. I don’t know about you but I don’t think such social networking sites can really help you in finding the correct life partners for Malaysian Malays. There are perverts there that you may not be aware of and if you are not careful, you just might regret it for the rest of your life!

There is another good alternative though. Have you heard of Nikah Dot Com (Nikah.Com)? It is a social… Nope… It would be more like a matrimonial networking site specifically for Malaysian Muslims (Moslems). Nikah Dot Com is actually an international network of Islamic matrimonial service and they have similar sites in US, Canada, UK, Australia, Middle East, India and so forth. They have been around ever since 1999 and apparently won the vote for the most popular matrimonial site for Muslims (Moslems) all over the world! Check it out!

Then again, if you are really looking for a life partner, why don’t you just sit down with your mom and dad and tell them about it. Let them do the matchmaking for you instead. It might sound old-fashioned but your parents know you ever since you were born. They know who would be best for you! :-)
