Do I sense a little bit of sympathy coming from you? Do you really sympathize with the horrible fate that has fallen upon those embracing western secularism?
Do you know just how much damage western secularism has done to Islam, our Muslim community and to the whole world?
Seriously Brother, you have to do some soul-searching. If Prophet Muhammad (saw@pbuh) is still around today, what do you think our Prophet will do to western secularism?

I suspect the prophet would have made Dawah.
There wouldn't have been very many people left on the Arabian peninsula and in the Middle East if the prophet (pbuh) had sought to destroy everyone who was antagonistic or indifferent to Islam.

Prophet Muhammad (saw@pbuh) even used extreme diplomacy (dawah) to spread the teachings of Islam to the non-believers but they still refuse to believe. The non-believers have even witnessed divine miracles from Prophet Muhammad (saw@pbuh) but yet they still refuse to embrace Islam.
That was Prophet Muhammad (saw@pbuh)!
Do you really think ignorant Muslims in the Age of Fitan today can do any better?
If Dawah done by ignorant Muslims today can solve problems, bring peace and prosperity to everyone, do you really think Allah swt will send Al-Mahdi and Prophet Isa (as@pbuh) to wage war against injustice and oppression before the Last Hour?
By the way, what have you learned from the Battles of Badr, Uhud, al-Khandaqh, Quraidhah, al-Mustaliqh, Khaybar, al-Fath', 'Hunayn and Ta'if?
Let me remind you that Muslims were outnumbered by the enemies of Islam but yet victory was ours. Have faith in Allah swt. Nothing is impossible when we have faith; unfortunately faith is something that Muslims today are clearly lacking.

Islam teaches us to act in a caring manner to all of God's creation. The Prophet Muhammad, who is described in the Qur’an as “a mercy to the worlds” said: “All creation is the family of God, and the person most beloved by God (is the one) who is kind and caring toward His family."

Don’t waste you r time talking about peace with staunch unbelievers.
Never will the Jews or the Christians be satisfied with thee unless thou follow their form of religion. Say: "The Guidance of Allah, that is the (only) Guidance," wert thou to follow their desires after the knowledge which hath reached thee, then wouldst thou find neither Protector nor Helper against Allah. Al-Baqarah [2:120]
As for your stance on ‘seeking peace and being nice with the unbelievers’, suffice to say that there are many verses in the Noble Quran that instructed Muslims to do otherwise.
O ye who believe! take not the Jews and the Christians for your friends and protectors; they are but friends and protectors to each other. And he amongst you that turns to them (for friendship) is of them. Verily Allah guideth not a people unjust. Al-Maidah [5:51]
And fight them on until there is no more tumult or oppression, and there prevail justice and faith in Allah; but if they cease, let there be no hostility except to those who practise oppression. Al-Baqarah [2:193]
Fight them, and Allah will punish them by your hands, cover them with shame, help you (to victory) over them, heal the breasts of Believers, At-Touba [9:14]
O Prophet! strive hard against the Unbelievers and the Hypocrites, and be firm against them. Their abode is Hell, an evil refuge indeed. At-Touba [9:73]
