The best Malaysian car in 2008

What do you know? Looks like Frost and Sullivan has named Proton Persona as the best Malaysian car for the year 2008!

Yeah right! It might be before June 2008’s hefty fuel price hike but many Malaysians have a new name for Proton Persona shortly after.

Tada! Proton Persona has now become Proton Terpesona! :-)

Proton, please don’t talk nonsense. If fuel prices keep on rising, nobody wants to buy Proton cars anymore!

Do Malaysians a big favor. Stop manufacturing cars that run on gas/petrol and start making cars that run on alternative fuel that is cheap and affordable. Invest money on researching and developing hybrid cars for an example!

If Proton continues to produce gas/petrol-guzzling cars, it only shows that Proton failed to understand the hardships in life that Malaysians have to go through nowadays. It only shows that Proton is an inconsiderate multinational company that doesn’t give a damn about the sufferings of the common Malaysians. :-(
