I could not accept the way the NSTOnline reported their story on the 27th of October 2007. Before I go any further, let me tell you a little bit more about their story.
NSTOnline reported the findings of a national study conducted way back in 2004 involving 18,805 respondents, 10,718 were females and the rest were males. The results of the study were really shocking!
Based from the results of the study, the median age where the teenage respondents had their first sex is at the age of 23! Out of the 18,805 respondents, 13,971 had experienced sex and 38.2% of them said that they had their first sex before the age of 20!
This is horrible! What sort of godless secular lifestyle has our Malaysian teenagers be practicing here?!
Let us put that aside first. What I’m concerned most is when our newsprint media and television channels played down the findings by hiding the obvious from the Malaysian public.
Why can’t they just report the findings in all honesty?!
Just say that our teenagers are probably engaging in acts of adultery or committing Zina as we normally say it Islam. Heck, I’m sure that some other religions do not encourage or forbid their believers from committing premarital sex or adultery too.
Why do they have to make it sound so innocent and insignificant?!

I really hope that MalaysiaKini’s Rentakini and HarakahDaily would cover this alarming trend in our society some day. Malaysian society needs to be reminded about their faiths and religions! We have to return back to our faiths and religions before it is too late!

Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: Of the signs (or indications) of the Last Hour, knowledge would be taken away and ignorance would prevail (upon the world), the liquor would be drunk, and adultery would become rampant.

Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, reported:
Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: Allah has preordained the very portion of adultery which a man (the son of Adam) will indulge in. There would be no escape from it. The adultery of the eye is the lustful look; the adultery of the tongue is licentious speech; and the heart yearns and desires, while the loins may or may not put into effect.

I hope it will not be to late for our uslim comunity wordlwide, especially for the malay people.
It's a tragedy to see on the internet how young malayu youth, especially "passport muslims" are behaving.
and compare it with such rapes in Iraq like in some jails, i.e Abu Guraib
and find out the difference!
The difference in malaysias universitis for example is that my malayu brothers and sisters are not caring about honour or fearing Allah swt.
But in Abu Guraib our sisters are being raped, but they never forgetting Allah swt!
This are the differences.
