Mahathir at his Abdullah Ahmad Badawi-bashing best on BBC Hardtalk

What do expect from Mahathir when he is given the opportunity to voice out his thoughts. If it’s not about Anwar Ibrahim, it would be Abdullah Ahmad Badawi.

I’m tired of hearing his regular bashings but I know that you folks out there love to see Muslims and Malays bashing each other. So, here goes…

Al-Mughirah bin Shu'bah, may Allah be pleased with him, reported:
Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: Verily Allah, the Glorious and Majestic, has forbidden for you: disobedience to mothers, and burying daughters alive, withholding the right of others in spite of being able to return that to them and demanding that (which is not one's legitimate right). And He disapproved three things for you: idle talk, persistent questioning and wasting of wealth.
