When I first viewed the following video, it gave me the impression that our good old MalaysiaKini is facing some kind of a financial problem.

After second thought, I found it quite hard to believe that they are facing one. After all, 2007 has been a great year so far for MalaysiaKini. Well, maybe not in the early months of the year but they have certainly gained lots of traffic (more traffic=more subscribers) lately. You can see that from the following screenshot that I took from Alexa (Web Information Company).
Well, nobody outside of MalaysiaKini knows for sure. If they are facing some kind of a financial problem, just be honest about it and tell us. They can even set up a donation fund to seek donations from their readers and subscribers. I’m sure that lots of people out there won’t mind to help MalaysiaKini in their difficult times.
Hey, I’m pretty serious, you know. Malaysia would have been a dead boring country to live in if MalaysiaKini is not around. Who can ‘tahan’ to read and watch silly news that sounds and smells more like some government (UMNO & Barisan Nasional la…) propagandas in our mainstream newspapers and television channels?
