Friday Special! Ramadhan Reminders!

Alhamdulillah! All Praise to Allah!

It’s Friday today! As matter of fact, today is the first Friday in the month of Ramadhan in the year of 1428 Hijra.

You know, a lot of funny things happened in the month of Ramadhan year after year here in Malaysia. Among them:

• Prices of goods and food products especially chicken and meat suddenly rose sharply! :-(
• Television channels suddenly went pious and wear ‘serbans’ as if Islam is only about the month of Ramadhan! :-(

SubhanAllah! What had happened to Muslims here in Malaysia? :-(
