Take note that Haris Ibrahim has submitted his petition (MalaysiaKini has more on the background of this petition) by hand to the attention of our Yang di-Pertuan Agong at 1035 hours earlier today. At the time of submission, a total of 5,036 concerned Malaysians have signed the petition.
Not a bad number! Still, I did hope that it would be more than that even though the original target was only to get 5,000 signatures.

Once again, our Yang di-Pertuan Agong is back in the spotlight. Before the submission of today’s petition, a few memorandums had been submitted to the attention of our Yang di-Pertuan Agong by various parties. As of time of writing however, we have not seen any indication that His Majesty the Yang di-Pertuan Agong is doing anything about it yet.
Please help us, Your Majesty!
