Can we postpone the upcoming election?

I only have one question for the New York based Human Rights Watch organization, can we somehow postpone the upcoming election?

We all know the upcoming election is tainted with allegations of election malpractices, phantom voters and so on. Surely we can do something about it. Perhaps BERSIH should consider seeking legal advice on this matter. I was told that our Federal Constitution does have clauses that would make election postponement possible.

Think about it, BERSIH!
