Invasion of privacy committed by employers?

Folks! How would you feel if your potential employer is checking your credit before hiring you?

That would be nasty all right but I’m afraid that was what some employers in the United States have been doing lately. I’m pretty sure that such trend would catch on here by our very own Malaysian employers some time soon and that would spell trouble for Malaysians with bad credit histories!

I’m no longer working for anybody but I do feel sorry for those who work for somebody. I sure hope that our Human Resources Ministry would monitor this situation from time to time.
