This is probably one of the weirdest things that I have ever stumbled upon in the online world. I just found that people can actually purchase a guide that would teach them number of ways to beat speeding tickets, parking fines and winning lots of other traffic offences in the United Kingdom!

It seems that the so called guide was written by a retired traffic police officer with more than 20 years of experience and now he is sharing every little traffic law loopholes that he knows with the common people!
